Drum Track of the Week: "The Only Moment We Were Alone" on The Earth is Not a Cold Dead Place by Explosions in the Sky with Christopher Hrasky on Drums. This rock quartet out of Austin has an evocative, elemental sound that seldom fails to give me chills. Hrasky sounds like he's spent some time in the Drum Corps, often using martial cadences to great effect. Powerful stuff.
